Dream Floor provides a limited warranty for SPC flooring products, covering manufacturing defects under normal residential and commercial use.

Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturing defects

• Structural integrity of SPC core

• Wear layer performance under normal use

Warranty Period

• Residential use: Up to 25 years

• Commercial use: Up to 10 years

(Warranty period may vary by product specification.)

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only when:

• Products are installed according to Dream Floor installation guidelines

• Proper subfloor preparation is completed

• Recommended adhesives and accessories are used

• Normal indoor use conditions are maintained

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation

• Damage caused by water flooding

• Abuse, misuse, or negligence

• Color variation due to lighting or aging

• Normal wear and tear
